POSITION INFORMATION:
Job/Position Summary:
- Perform daily accounts payable duties including invoice input, coding, and remittance verification
- Maintain, monitor, and process customer contracts
- Process, research, and contact freight invoices from the field on missing information needed to process
- Payable liaison for vendor inquiries and payment communication
- Process employee expense reports
- Audit/verify corporate and field reports
- Process monthly recurring payments
- Process, verify, and code property, sales & use, and equipment taxes
- Create, monitor, and maintain vendor accounts payable files
- Process and code incoming checks and forward copies to receivables
- Maintain postal accounts

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 2 years in a fast paced professional environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time-management and office protocol skills
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:
Associates Degree in an Accounting or Finance field in addition to minimum qualifications listed above
Date Position Available: Immediately
Salary: Commensurate with Experience

The successful candidate must pass a drug screen as well as undergo a background screen which includes, but is not limited to, criminal, employment, and education verifications.
